TERMS OF SERVICE

  • We would like to remind everyone that pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to The Board of Consumer Affairs. We invite you to speak with us about any questions or concerns regarding this state law.

  • If you, or someone you have been in close contact with, tests positive for covid-19 we ask you to please reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your commitment to keeping our community safe.

  • We want you to be absolutely in love with your hair. If you are unsatisfied with your hair please contact us within weeks of appointment so we can address your concern. We will not be help liable for any concerns after two weeks of your appointment.

  • We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Salon gift cards are also accepted for both services and retail.

  • We require a credit card on file for all appointment reservations. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, or "no show" your appointment.

    If you need to reschedule an appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. In the event that you would need to reschedule or alter your appointment in any way for a non-emergency-related reason after the 24 hour mark has passed, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. This policy is set in place to honor the time of our stylists.

    "No shows" will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. Please, also, be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled which will result in a change of service or too little time for the service and a cancelation fee will apply. As an appointment-based business, we appreciate your understanding and support of this company policy.
